How we handle the email address you give us for Five agents a day, a daily email with five concrete AI-agent examples.
Who is responsible
Systems by Hallgreen (ENK), organisation number 826 054 212, is the controller for Agentguiden. Contact anders@hallgreen.no.
What we collect
To send the newsletter we collect your email address, and only that. We also store the time you signed up, and the language you chose (Norwegian or English).
Name is optional. If you fill it in, we store it with the address.
Why
We use the details to send Five agents a day. We do not use them for anything else.
Legal basis
The legal basis is consent. You tick the box yourself. It is not ticked in advance. Without that tick, the address is not stored.
Processor
Signups are stored as contacts at Resend (resend.com), which sends the email for us. Resend may process the details in the US or the EU, as described in Resend's terms.
If sending is not connected, the form stores nothing. The confirmation message says so.
How long we keep it
We keep the details until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete them, we delete the contact.
Unsubscribe
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by writing to anders@hallgreen.no.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Write to anders@hallgreen.no.
Analytics
The site does not use analytics.
