If something is entered wrong, the flow stops until it is fixed, and the employee and the owner get a message. It has run for about three months. Schedules are still made by hand, and the time saved is not measured, but the owner notices a lighter workload.

- Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
- Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
- Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.
Try it with n8n
Build a flow where employees send the start and end of their shift in Telegram and have it saved in a spreadsheet. If something is entered wrong, the flow must stop and notify the employee and me. Show me the flow and some test rows before anything goes live or is sent to the employees. You are done when a test employee has registered a shift, a wrong entry has been stopped and corrected, and I have received the message.
