What was done

Developer henry timed the same task twice. One Claude Code loop took 47 minutes and gave one clean pull request. A handoff from Hermes to Claude Code and on to OpenClaw took 31 minutes, but then 20 more went into fixing what the agents had rewritten twice. He now only splits jobs when the handoff fits in 8 lines, but it is one test.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Claude Code

Solve [task] in [repo] two ways: first with one agent session, then with [number] agents handing off to each other. Note the time spent, the number of changed files and what I had to fix afterwards for each way. Do not merge anything to main. Show me both diffs and the times before anything becomes a pull request. You are done when I have a table showing what each way cost in time and fixes.
