Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding
Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

How to do it
- Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
- Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
- Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.
Try it with Claude Cowork
I am running a workshop on AI and need slides. Here is a recent presentation from my organisation, so keep the branding. I will explain by voice, and you first help me tighten the structure. Then build slides I can edit in Google Slides. Show me the structure and the first five slides before you build the rest. You are done when the file has the right format and aspect ratio and the speaker notes are ready to read through.
