Dédale is not a developer and uses Hermes for office work. Every morning the agent goes through the email he has sent. If he asked for something and got no reply, it adds a dated reminder in Outlook. When the reply arrives, it closes the reminder itself. On the due date a follow-up draft is waiting, and he sends it or bins it. What does not work: colleagues who answer on Teams are invisible to the agent.
How to do it
- Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
- Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
