Wallet figures typed into an open spreadsheet

Rifat Ahmed turned on computer use in Claude. In 19 minutes it read wallet data and dashboards, and typed the figures into an open spreadsheet. He could pause or correct along the way, because each step left screenshots.

What was done

On 21 June 2026 Rifat Ahmed writes that he turned on computer use in Claude. One prompt was about pulling wallet data, checking dashboards and cleaning up a summary. The agent paused on a login page. It found the flow itself. It switched between tools. It pulled figures. It typed them into an open spreadsheet and formatted it. It took 19 minutes. Each step left screenshots and actions he could pause or correct on the spot.

How it went

The figures were typed into the spreadsheet and formatted. The post does not name the wallet. It does not name the dashboards or the figures.

Worth knowing

He writes that the cost stayed small, without stating an amount. The post does not say he changed a figure afterwards. Check the original.

How to do it

  1. Give one task: pull the figures and put them in the spreadsheet that is already open.
  2. Tell it to stop at login, and read the screenshots before it goes on.
  3. Do not type a password, and do not change the spreadsheet until you say yes.

Try it with Claude

On my desktop: pull figures from [source] and show them before they are typed into the open spreadsheet [sheet]. Stop at login. Do not type a password. Do not change the spreadsheet until I say yes.

Replace text in brackets with your own.

Done when. You have seen the figures, and the spreadsheet was not changed before you said yes.

Safety rule. No password and no change to the spreadsheet until you have said yes.
