Turn one take into a finished video with Claude Code
Marketing professor Andreas Fuchs recorded a keynote in one take and let a video agent built in Claude Code do the rest. The agent cut it without clipping words, made a graphic for every sentence, added captions, logo and music, and rendered 16:9 and 9:16 versions. Setup takes about one hour and uses free tools such as ffmpeg. The author shows the first step openly, but the rest needs a signup, and time per video is not stated.

How to do it
- Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
- Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
- Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.
Try it with Claude Code
Use this folder as a video studio. First check which tools I have, such as ffmpeg and Node.js, and do not install anything without my yes. Make a transcript of the take with timestamps, suggest which seconds to remove without cutting in the middle of words, and make a still frame from each scene. Show me the cut list before you render the final video. You are done when I have reviewed one 16:9 version and one 9:16 version.
