Build a SharePoint site for supplier documents with an agent

A SharePoint consultant let ChatGPT Work with GPT-6 Astra build a supplier document site by clicking through SharePoint itself. After 34 minutes and 48 seconds it had a supplier register, a document library, 15 site columns and four content types, and everything he checked worked. The planning, where the agent asked questions first, was most useful, but he notes that a script is far faster, and that the agent should use an account owning only that site.

What was done

A SharePoint consultant let ChatGPT Work with GPT-6 Astra build a supplier document site by clicking through SharePoint itself. After 34 minutes and 48 seconds it had a supplier register, a document library, 15 site columns and four content types, and everything he checked worked. The planning, where the agent asked questions first, was most useful, but he notes that a script is far faster, and that the agent should use an account owning only that site.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with ChatGPT

Help me plan a SharePoint site for supplier documents such as agreements, insurance certificates and onboarding documents. Ask questions first, then propose lists, columns, content types and views based on what the team needs to find. Do not build anything until I have approved the design. Show me the full design before anything is changed in SharePoint. You are done when the site is built and I have added one supplier and one document that work.

  • Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding

Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

  • Build a web portal for your sound effects with ChatGPT

Shared on r/ChatGPT: a user making an audio-led drama series alone had about 700 sound effects and could not find the right file. The user asked ChatGPT to build a new folder structure in Dropbox, rename the files and make a local web page for searching and playing the effects. It took about 15 minutes with a couple of design rounds, but the saving of hundreds of hours is the user's own estimate and only holds if the series continues.

  • Collect unfinished tasks from your agent sessions in Todoist

An OpenClaw user no longer adds tasks by hand. Three times a day the agent goes through recent sessions, pulls out pending tasks, decisions and blockers and adds them to Todoist. Projects show which stage an item is in, labels show who owns it, and comments in Todoist are read and answered at the next sweep. Private sessions are kept out. The user does not yet know whether the setup will last.
