Get a daily check of tasks that have stalled

A content creator has a dedicated review agent in Grok Bot. It only looks at the tasks, habits and projects he has chosen to work on for his content and his business, not everything else in the app. Every day at 3 pm it goes through the list and looks for anything that is late, stuck or has no next step. The post is short and shows the setup in a screenshot, so the results over time are not known.

What was done

A content creator has a dedicated review agent in Grok Bot. It only looks at the tasks, habits and projects he has chosen to work on for his content and his business, not everything else in the app. Every day at 3 pm it goes through the list and looks for anything that is late, stuck or has no next step. The post is short and shows the setup in a screenshot, so the results over time are not known.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Grok Bot

Every day at 3 pm, go through the tasks and projects I have marked as priority in my task app. Find anything that is late, has not been touched for a while or has no next step. Write a short list suggesting a concrete next step for each one. Do not change or close anything yourself. Show me the first list before you make it a regular routine. You are done when I have approved the format.

  • Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding

Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

  • Build a web portal for your sound effects with ChatGPT

Shared on r/ChatGPT: a user making an audio-led drama series alone had about 700 sound effects and could not find the right file. The user asked ChatGPT to build a new folder structure in Dropbox, rename the files and make a local web page for searching and playing the effects. It took about 15 minutes with a couple of design rounds, but the saving of hundreds of hours is the user's own estimate and only holds if the series continues.

  • Collect unfinished tasks from your agent sessions in Todoist

An OpenClaw user no longer adds tasks by hand. Three times a day the agent goes through recent sessions, pulls out pending tasks, decisions and blockers and adds them to Todoist. Projects show which stage an item is in, labels show who owns it, and comments in Todoist are read and answered at the next sweep. Private sessions are kept out. The user does not yet know whether the setup will last.
