What was done

Waldo is the founder of the Cropped app and had five or more overflowing inboxes for nearly 7 years. Now he has reached zero with Claude Duet, which also tracks his projects and calls him in when something needs a decision. He writes that his average stress level on his Garmin watch fell from 70 to 39. The post is a thank-you note to Anthropic, but it does not show how the cleanup worked.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Claude

Go through the inboxes [accounts]. Sort everything into four groups: can be deleted, can be archived, needs a reply and needs a decision from me. Draft the replies, but send nothing. Make a short list of senders I can unsubscribe from. Show me the groups and the drafts before anything is deleted, archived or sent. You are done when the inboxes are empty and I have approved everything that was done.

Done when. The inboxes are empty and you have approved everything that was done.

  • Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding

Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

  • Build a web portal for your sound effects with ChatGPT

Shared on r/ChatGPT: a user making an audio-led drama series alone had about 700 sound effects and could not find the right file. The user asked ChatGPT to build a new folder structure in Dropbox, rename the files and make a local web page for searching and playing the effects. It took about 15 minutes with a couple of design rounds, but the saving of hundreds of hours is the user's own estimate and only holds if the series continues.

  • Collect unfinished tasks from your agent sessions in Todoist

An OpenClaw user no longer adds tasks by hand. Three times a day the agent goes through recent sessions, pulls out pending tasks, decisions and blockers and adds them to Todoist. Projects show which stage an item is in, labels show who owns it, and comments in Todoist are read and answered at the next sweep. Private sessions are kept out. The user does not yet know whether the setup will last.
