Remove spam comments on your YouTube channel every day

A creator who makes finance videos has long had his comment section full of spam, often with the same text and the same keyword over and over. With one prompt he set up Hermes to check the comments every day, flag the spam and remove it. He says spam has ruined comment sections in finance videos, because creators stop replying and viewers stop commenting. The post does not say how many comments have been removed.

What was done

A creator who makes finance videos has long had his comment section full of spam, often with the same text and the same keyword over and over. With one prompt he set up Hermes to check the comments every day, flag the spam and remove it. He says spam has ruined comment sections in finance videos, because creators stop replying and viewers stop commenting. The post does not say how many comments have been removed.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Hermes

Every day, go through new comments on my YouTube channel. Flag comments that look like spam, such as repeated text or keywords, links to unknown sites or offers of money. Put them in a list with the reason you think each one is spam. During the first week, only flag them and remove nothing. You are done when I have approved the rules and you can remove comments like these on your own.

  • Turn one take into a finished video with Claude Code

Marketing professor Andreas Fuchs recorded a keynote in one take and let a video agent built in Claude Code do the rest. The agent cut it without clipping words, made a graphic for every sentence, added captions, logo and music, and rendered 16:9 and 9:16 versions. Setup takes about one hour and uses free tools such as ffmpeg. The author shows the first step openly, but the rest needs a signup, and time per video is not stated.

  • Get the weekly marketing report ready by Monday morning

From Anthropic, the company behind Claude. According to Anthropic, someone on its marketing team spent one to two days every week gathering numbers for the weekly report. Now Claude Cowork runs a scheduled job on Sunday evening, reads last week's report, meeting notes and Slack, pulls numbers from the data warehouse and leaves a folder with tables and suggested focus areas. When numbers do not match, it flags the gap. The work now takes up to two hours.

  • Edit phone recordings into new ad videos every day

A founder makes 10 to 20 new ad videos a day with an AI pipeline. Claude writes scripts with A/B tests for hooks and calls to action, the founder reads each script into their phone line by line, and Codex edits the videos in DaVinci Resolve through an MCP connection. Videos that convert well get a 500 dollar daily budget on Meta. Codex edits, but the founder records everything, and the numbers on Meta decide which videos get money.

  • Study what works for others before you post

A writer has a scheduled job in Grok Bot read new posts from a list of X accounts every morning at 8. It ranks them by bookmarks and views, notes the hook, format and real numbers, and writes a short file of what she should keep, start and stop doing. After 3 mornings and 13 accounts she had 15 such rules. The bot suggests replies, but never posts anything itself.
