Turn voice notes from dog walks into researched business ideas

Mete Polat sends messy voice notes full of ideas to his agent on Telegram while he walks his dog. Hermes transcribes each idea and creates a note in Obsidian with metadata, tags, a verbatim transcript and a trimmed version. The agent then adds research using a fixed template: competitors, open questions, what sets the idea apart and what a first version should include. He shows the setup, but not how good the ideas turned out.

What was done

Mete Polat sends messy voice notes full of ideas to his agent on Telegram while he walks his dog. Hermes transcribes each idea and creates a note in Obsidian with metadata, tags, a verbatim transcript and a trimmed version. The agent then adds research using a fixed template: competitors, open questions, what sets the idea apart and what a first version should include. He shows the setup, but not how good the ideas turned out.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Hermes

When I send you a voice note with an idea on [channel], transcribe it and create a note in [notes folder]. Include the date, tags, the verbatim text and a short version. Add research on competitors, open questions, what sets the idea apart and what a first version should include. Show me the first note before you make this a routine. You are done when three ideas sit as notes in the same template.

Replace text in brackets with your own.

  • Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding

Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

  • Build a web portal for your sound effects with ChatGPT

Shared on r/ChatGPT: a user making an audio-led drama series alone had about 700 sound effects and could not find the right file. The user asked ChatGPT to build a new folder structure in Dropbox, rename the files and make a local web page for searching and playing the effects. It took about 15 minutes with a couple of design rounds, but the saving of hundreds of hours is the user's own estimate and only holds if the series continues.

  • Collect unfinished tasks from your agent sessions in Todoist

An OpenClaw user no longer adds tasks by hand. Three times a day the agent goes through recent sessions, pulls out pending tasks, decisions and blockers and adds them to Todoist. Projects show which stage an item is in, labels show who owns it, and comments in Todoist are read and answered at the next sweep. Private sessions are kept out. The user does not yet know whether the setup will last.
