Find the apps your agent built in earlier sessions
Josh Cook asked Copilot Cowork to go through all earlier tasks and sessions and find the HTML apps it had built for him, so that he could choose which ones to develop into full apps. The agent found over 100 potential app ideas. He shares the prompt he used, and argues that useful work otherwise disappears into the session history. He writes a lot about Copilot as a Microsoft MVP, and the post does not show the list itself.

How to do it
- Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
- Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
- Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.
Try it with Copilot
Go through all the earlier tasks and sessions we have had, and find [type of work, such as small apps or documents] you have made for me. Make a list with name, date, what it does and whether it still works. Show me the list sorted by how useful you think each one is. Do not change anything. You are done when I have chosen the three I want to build on.
Replace text in brackets with your own.
