Build a course spreadsheet, slides and signup page with Kimi

A Japanese writer who rarely uses Excel tested Kimi with public links and a made up survey with 20 responses. Kimi Sheets built a spreadsheet with four tabs, simple formulas and an explanation of the calculations. Kimi Slides made 8 slides for a 30 minute course, and Kimi Websites built a signup page with a button that does nothing. No customer data was used. The writer forgot to attach the spreadsheet when the slides were made.

What was done

A Japanese writer who rarely uses Excel tested Kimi with public links and a made up survey with 20 responses. Kimi Sheets built a spreadsheet with four tabs, simple formulas and an explanation of the calculations. Kimi Slides made 8 slides for a 30 minute course, and Kimi Websites built a signup page with a button that does nothing. No customer data was used. The writer forgot to attach the spreadsheet when the slides were made.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Kimi

Use only the attached file [test data] and the links [sources]. Build a spreadsheet with the tabs responses, summary, course proposal and sources, with simple formulas and an explanation of each calculation. Then make [number] slides for a [length] course for [audience], with charts from the spreadsheet. Show me the spreadsheet before you make the slides. You are done when the figures in the slides match the spreadsheet and every source has a link.

Replace text in brackets with your own.

  • Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding

Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

  • Build a web portal for your sound effects with ChatGPT

Shared on r/ChatGPT: a user making an audio-led drama series alone had about 700 sound effects and could not find the right file. The user asked ChatGPT to build a new folder structure in Dropbox, rename the files and make a local web page for searching and playing the effects. It took about 15 minutes with a couple of design rounds, but the saving of hundreds of hours is the user's own estimate and only holds if the series continues.

  • Collect unfinished tasks from your agent sessions in Todoist

An OpenClaw user no longer adds tasks by hand. Three times a day the agent goes through recent sessions, pulls out pending tasks, decisions and blockers and adds them to Todoist. Projects show which stage an item is in, labels show who owns it, and comments in Todoist are read and answered at the next sweep. Private sessions are kept out. The user does not yet know whether the setup will last.
