Let one agent clean up after your other agents

A user with 7 bots in Grok Bot had a separate checkup bot go through a week of chats. It found 2 bots checking the same numbers 8 times a day between them, routines still running last month's plan and a deleted bot still hanging around. It shut off 4 routines, made one bot the only number watcher, fixed 2 that had drifted from their job and replaced one. Now the checkup runs on its own.

What was done

A user with 7 bots in Grok Bot had a separate checkup bot go through a week of chats. It found 2 bots checking the same numbers 8 times a day between them, routines still running last month's plan and a deleted bot still hanging around. It shut off 4 routines, made one bot the only number watcher, fixed 2 that had drifted from their job and replaced one. Now the checkup runs on its own.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Grok Bot

Go through the chats and routines of all my agents from the last week. Find work that is done twice, routines following an old plan, agents that have drifted from their job and things I keep asking about again and again. Make a list of suggestions for what to switch off, merge or fix. Do not change or delete anything until I have said yes. You are done when I have approved each suggestion.

  • Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding

Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

  • Build a web portal for your sound effects with ChatGPT

Shared on r/ChatGPT: a user making an audio-led drama series alone had about 700 sound effects and could not find the right file. The user asked ChatGPT to build a new folder structure in Dropbox, rename the files and make a local web page for searching and playing the effects. It took about 15 minutes with a couple of design rounds, but the saving of hundreds of hours is the user's own estimate and only holds if the series continues.

  • Collect unfinished tasks from your agent sessions in Todoist

An OpenClaw user no longer adds tasks by hand. Three times a day the agent goes through recent sessions, pulls out pending tasks, decisions and blockers and adds them to Todoist. Projects show which stage an item is in, labels show who owns it, and comments in Todoist are read and answered at the next sweep. Private sessions are kept out. The user does not yet know whether the setup will last.
