Let Hermes fill in profile pages with photos and facts

A developer spent an hour every day updating a website about famous people, with descriptions, main photos, birth dates, awards and timelines. Now Hermes handles most of it through the content system's API. The agent searches the web for images and checks for itself whether a photo shows one person or a group. He spent 5 dollars just experimenting with one model. Signing in to Google through the browser was something the agent could not do.

What was done

A developer spent an hour every day updating a website about famous people, with descriptions, main photos, birth dates, awards and timelines. Now Hermes handles most of it through the content system's API. The agent searches the web for images and checks for itself whether a photo shows one person or a group. He spent 5 dollars just experimenting with one model. Signing in to Google through the browser was something the agent could not do.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Hermes

Go through the profiles in [content system] that are missing a description, main photo, birth date or timeline. Find the details in reliable sources and note where each one comes from. Pick a main photo that shows only one person, and check that you are allowed to use it. Save everything as drafts and publish nothing. Show me the first five before you continue. You are done when every draft has a source and I have approved them.

Replace text in brackets with your own.

  • Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding

Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

  • Build a web portal for your sound effects with ChatGPT

Shared on r/ChatGPT: a user making an audio-led drama series alone had about 700 sound effects and could not find the right file. The user asked ChatGPT to build a new folder structure in Dropbox, rename the files and make a local web page for searching and playing the effects. It took about 15 minutes with a couple of design rounds, but the saving of hundreds of hours is the user's own estimate and only holds if the series continues.

  • Collect unfinished tasks from your agent sessions in Todoist

An OpenClaw user no longer adds tasks by hand. Three times a day the agent goes through recent sessions, pulls out pending tasks, decisions and blockers and adds them to Todoist. Projects show which stage an item is in, labels show who owns it, and comments in Todoist are read and answered at the next sweep. Private sessions are kept out. The user does not yet know whether the setup will last.
