Turn saved X posts into daily tasks with Grok Bot

What was done

Andrés Al has an agent in Grok Bot that brings back 3 to 5 posts he saved on X every day at 4 pm. When he picks one, the agent turns it into a mission in his app, with one specific action to take. A second agent reviews the mission afterwards, and a saved post is only deleted when he says so. He does not show how many of the missions he has actually finished so far.

How to do it

  1. Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
  2. Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
  3. Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.

Try it with Grok Bot

Every day at [time]: bring back [number] of the posts I saved on [service], oldest first. Write one line about each and suggest one action I can do in under [number] minutes. When I pick one, create a task in [task app] with a link to the post. Show me the task before it is saved, and do not delete any post without my yes. You are done when I have picked or skipped every post.

Replace text in brackets with your own.

Done when. You have picked or skipped every post.

Safety rule. Ask before it is saved, and do not delete any post without my yes.

  • Build conference slides that follow your organisation's branding

Olivia was to run an AI workshop at a conference in September. In Claude Cowork Olivia dropped in a recent presentation to keep the organisation's branding, and dictated the brief. Claude tightened the structure and made the slides, which can be edited freely. A week before the conference the file had to be delivered as PPTX in a different aspect ratio, and Cowork converted it. A lot was changed and the speaker notes were heavily edited, but it saved time.

  • Build a web portal for your sound effects with ChatGPT

Shared on r/ChatGPT: a user making an audio-led drama series alone had about 700 sound effects and could not find the right file. The user asked ChatGPT to build a new folder structure in Dropbox, rename the files and make a local web page for searching and playing the effects. It took about 15 minutes with a couple of design rounds, but the saving of hundreds of hours is the user's own estimate and only holds if the series continues.

  • Collect unfinished tasks from your agent sessions in Todoist

An OpenClaw user no longer adds tasks by hand. Three times a day the agent goes through recent sessions, pulls out pending tasks, decisions and blockers and adds them to Todoist. Projects show which stage an item is in, labels show who owns it, and comments in Todoist are read and answered at the next sweep. Private sessions are kept out. The user does not yet know whether the setup will last.
