Make slides from a Word document with Copilot
PCWorld tested Copilot in Word and PowerPoint. In Word, Copilot asked clarifying questions and made the document in one to two minutes, but left out the images that were asked for. PowerPoint could not upload the document and instead made a general ten slide presentation from the file name, without sources and with a chart without a legend. The tester writes that it was faster than doing it himself, but not the presentation he asked for.

How to do it
- Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
- Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
- Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.
Try it with Copilot
Make a presentation of [number] slides from the document [file name] in [folder]. Use only the content of the document, and add source references where the document has them. Every chart must have a title and a legend. If you cannot open the document, stop and say so instead of making something about the topic in general. You are done when every slide can be traced to a part of the document.
Replace text in brackets with your own.
