Compare the agent's drafts with what you actually sent
A man had to rewrite all four messages Claude drafted for him in one day. So he asked Codex to go through 41 drafts against what he actually sent, and the rule Claude had written for itself, that the shortest version wins, was wrong in 12 of them. He often adds detail the recipient needs, so the new rule is relevance before brevity. The caveat is that only 19 of the 41 were checked against sent emails.

How to do it
- Paste the prompt into the tool, and replace the text in brackets with your own.
- Read the answer through. Do not send, delete or publish anything until you have seen it yourself.
- Check the original before you trust a figure, a name or a date.
Try it with Codex
Compare the drafts you have written for me recently with what I actually sent. Find patterns in what I change, such as length, tone, greetings and details I add, and write them as short rules. Tell me which drafts you found no sent version of. Show me the rules before you start using them. You are done when I have approved a list of rules.
