What was done

Grok Bot got a new Ricoh printer at MatthewMwa's office to scan to a folder on his Mac. The error was «Destination authentication has failed». The agent found that the login to the folder was failing, not the network. It set up a shared folder, turned on Windows File Sharing for the Mac account and fixed the path in the address book. He does not say how long it took, so check the original.
